Ethics Line

A confidential channel, always available

The Ethics Line is a channel available to employees, customers, suppliers and other related parties to report, in good faith, any conduct that may be contrary to our values, the Code of Conduct or applicable regulations.

The service is managed by an independent third party, which guarantees the confidential treatment of all communications. In addition, reports can be made anonymously if the person reporting so wishes.

Whistleblower protection

Grupo Albanesi will encourage the use of the Ethics Line and will ensure that no retaliation of any kind is taken, in their employment and/or contractual relationship, against those who use this Line in good faith.

Ethics Committee

The Ethics Line is supervised by the Ethics Committee, whose functions are to administer the Code of Ethics and Conduct and to evaluate and determine the actions to be taken regarding the situations reported.
